Shipping Policy
This policy covers shipping and delivery for products available for purchase online at indooroutdoorspas.com.au. Spas, swim spas and other large items sold via Sales Agreement are subject to separate delivery arrangements confirmed at the time of purchase.
Our showroom and dispatch centre is located at 43 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby NSW 2250, on the Central Coast of NSW.
1. Online Orders — $20 Flat Rate Shipping
Products available to purchase directly through our website are shipped at a flat rate of $20 per order, to a street address anywhere within Australia.
This flat rate applies regardless of the number of items in your order.
Our shipping partner is Aramex. Your order can be tracked on the Aramex site.

2. Oversized & Bulky Items — Contact Us for a Delivery Quote
Some products are too large or heavy to be shipped via our standard courier (Aramex) and are not eligible for the $20 flat rate. For these items, an enquiry option is available on the product page to contact our showroom directly for a delivery quote.
Delivery costs for oversized items are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of the item, and any special handling requirements. We will provide a quote before any freight costs are confirmed.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Somersby warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.
• Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are generally processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
• All orders are subject to stock availability - if an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly

The following are estimated timeframes from the date of dispatch. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery Requirements
Please ensure the following when placing your order:
• Provide a valid street address — our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes
• Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, or provide authority to leave (ATL) instructions at checkout
• If you provide authority to leave, risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is left at the delivery address
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery. If you authorise the parcel to be left unattended, Indoor Outdoor Spas accepts no liability for any subsequent loss or damage.
6. Click & Collect — Showroom Pickup
All items available for purchase online can be collected in person from our Somersby showroom, free of charge, subject to availability.

To arrange pickup, select ‘Pick up’ at checkout or call us on (02) 4340 0000 to confirm stock availability before visiting. For larger or bulky items, we recommend calling ahead so we can have your order ready.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.
7. Spas, Swim Spas & Large Products
Spas, swim spas, saunas and other large items are not available for purchase or delivery through our standard online shipping process. Delivery of these products is arranged separately as part of your Sales Agreement and is tailored to your specific location, site access requirements and installation arrangements.

8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please keep the original packaging and provide photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
