Delivery & Installation 

From the moment your spa arrives, our goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free.

Indoor Outdoor Spas delivers directly from our Somersby showroom and warehouse, with our team assisting customers across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter and surrounding regions.

Prior to delivery, we’ll work with you to confirm access, positioning and installation requirements so there are no surprises on delivery day.

Every delivery includes:

• Delivery to site
• Placement in an accessible agreed location*
• Unwrapping and basic setup guidance
• A walkthrough of spa operation and maintenance basics

Where required, we can also assist in coordinating crane lifts or specialised access solutions.

*Electrical works, crane hire and non-standard installation requirements are not included unless otherwise agreed.
